Extract Canopies
Extract canopies are an essential component of any commercial kitchen ventilation system. They are designed to remove smoke, grease, and other pollutants from the air, improving indoor air quality and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for kitchen staff.
De VolksKombhuis
A large 4m canopy was manufactured for and installed at De Volkskombuis in Stellenbosch. The canopy makes use of standard Cyclonic filters.
Moody Lagoon Restuarant
10 separate extract canopies were installed at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate restaurant. The canopies ranged from smaller 1.7m x 1m canopies to big 3.4m x 1.6m canopies.

All 10 canopies were constructed using 304 Stainless Steel and made use of CycloEX cartridge-type filters, which offer ease of maintenance and installation as benefits over standard canopy filters.
The canopies were manufactured with built-in lighting in the form of fluorescent tube light fittings.

The Lekker Vegan
A CycloEX canopy was installed at the trendy Lekker Vegan Restaurant in Cape Town. The silhouette-type canopy was constructed using 304 Stainless Steel and makes use of CycloEX Cartridge filters.

Gordons Bay Village Market
3 CycloEX canopies were installed at the Gordon’s Bay Village Market in the Gordon’s Bay Village Plaza.
The canopies were constructed using 304 Stainless Steel and made use of standard Cyclonic filters.

Leapords Leap Wine Farm
2 CycloEX canopies were manufactured for the Leopard’s Leap wine farm in Franschhoek. The canopies were constructed of 304 Stainless steel, make use of Cyclonic filters, and include LED lighting.
